



Just Group has completed a £45m refinancing deal for Rocket Properties’ signature developments in London.
The five-year term loan is secured against Rocket Properties’ Provost & East building in its entirety, and three retail units in the Atlas Building. Both are located near Old Street’s ‘Silicon Roundabout’, London’s leading technology hub. Provost & East is primarily an office-led asset with 86,000 square feet of office space, with additional leisure space all spread across 10 floors, while Atlas is a residential development that includes ground-floor retail units.
The refinancing of Rocket Properties’ signature buildings by Just demonstrates its ongoing commitment to directing institutional insurance capital towards sustainable assets and meeting its productive finance agenda.
